I haven’t been able to start p90x just yet but I have been eating pretty well (aside from the pop eeek).
Yesterday I had a smoothie for breakfast. I made it with frozen berries, low calorie cranberry juice, and vanilla greek yogurt. It was pretty tasty! Then for snack I had a handful of pumpkin seeds.. which is pretty good for me because the last 10 months a snack for me included something packed with calories and was usually not very healthy.

This is it. The beginning of my healthy life from here on out.
HI! I’m Kaityy, you may remember me from fitfriends.

I am starting this new account for a few reasons. Forgot the password, too many people I’m following on that account were not fitness/health blogs, and mostly I just needed a new start. I recently had my second daughter, Madilyn, and gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. I have lost most of it but I am still the heaviest I have been (whilst not pregnant). I am still wearing my maternity jeans and let me tell you, that does not boost ones confidence.
I am hoping to get down to 135 and keep my weight there. I am hoping to eat as healthy as possible and to learn to cook/portion myself.
I hope to talk to many of you again, I have missed this community.
I will be starting p90x this week.. wish me luck.
